The challenge

Leads were arriving unqualified for ECO4 grants and being manually sorted, wasting both staff time and ad budget on people who could never convert.

What I built

I built dynamic, eligibility-filtered forms so only qualifying applicants can submit, backed by server-side validation and a CRM-integrated capture layer that routes each lead by region and criteria (and to the client's chosen destinations via webhooks). Regional landing pages, A/B-testable components, and full-funnel event analytics rounded it out.

The result

Only pre-qualified leads reach the CRM, cutting cost-per-lead 72% and removing manual triage. 4× qualified leads, with mobile PageSpeed lifted from 49 to 97.
