The challenge

The site was slow, riddled with broken links, weak on mobile, and its enquiry form went nowhere useful. Submissions were effectively lost.

What I built

I rebuilt the front end for performance (image optimisation, code-splitting, and lazy-loading to pass Core Web Vitals), mapped 301 redirects to clear crawl errors, added JSON-LD structured data, and rebuilt the enquiry form to submit to the CRM with server-side validation and spam protection.

The result

A fast, healthy site whose enquiries flow straight into the CRM; organic sessions grew 1,400% over six months on the back of the rebuilt, well-structured pages.
