E-Promotions: Lead-Capture Web Platform

The challenge

The site leaked leads: forms were not connected to any system, submissions were lost or manually re-keyed, and there was no visibility into where conversions came from.

What I built

I rebuilt the front end and built a server-side lead pipeline: multi-step forms with client- and server-side validation and reCAPTCHA spam protection, and a lead API that posts every submission directly into the CRM (with email and webhook fallbacks wherever the client wanted copies routed). I instrumented the funnel with GA4 events and proper source attribution so each lead is captured end to end.

The result

Every enquiry now lands in the CRM with full source attribution and zero manual re-keying, lifting qualified-lead throughput 4.2× and closing the gaps that hid the funnel.
