The challenge

The app's web presence was slow and weak, and its lead capture did not connect anywhere. Enquiries went unrecorded.

What I built

I rebuilt the site structure and metadata, improved page speed, designed persona-specific funnel flows, and built lead-capture forms that post to the CRM with conversion-event tracking end to end.

The result

Clear persona funnels feeding the CRM with tracked conversions: organic sessions up 400% and 220% more weekly qualified leads after the rebuild.
