The challenge

A dry pipeline and a site that captured nothing: no working forms, no tracking, and no connection to a CRM.

What I built

I rebuilt the front end and conversion architecture, added intent-based landing pages and lead-magnet forms that post to the CRM, integrated heatmap analytics, and built a lightweight A/B-testing harness for continuous iteration.

The result

A measurable conversion system feeding the CRM: 220% growth in qualified monthly leads and a 4× lift in top-10 rankings off the rebuilt, faster pages.
